With over 50 attendees, 15 LEAD1 Athletics Directors and nine executive search firms present, the 2018 LEAD1 Institute, held at Texas Christian University was considered the most successful to date.

2018 LEAD1 Annual Meeting
The 2018 LEAD1 annual meeting was one to remember as our second year in the nation's capital. We welcomed our new athletics directors, honored Bill Byrne with the Homer Rice Award, and discussed the most timely and relevant issues in college sports.
