Lori Fravel

Lori Fravel joined LEAD1 in July 2017 and serves as our Director of Operations.  She is responsible for LEAD1’s Salary Survey, SLAs (Service Level Agreements), vendor contracts, and benefits administration.

Prior to joining LEAD1, Ms. Fravel worked in the Intelligence Community as a Program Manager with an extensive background in contracts management, budgeting, human resources, benefits administration and recruiting. She also held a TS/SCI w/CI Poly clearance.
